I look to see if you have a personalized trust list and whether you use a feedback system. A signature campaign is "advertising" for the client and a "hobby" for the participants, so when selecting participants, I also consider whether you've shown interest in previously promoted projects (see signature history) and immediately see whether you'll be useful in promoting a new project or service.
